My starting weight was 246.8 and I am 143.3 now. I am below goal wieght and would like to gain a little back... I have done really well and was at goal in about 8 months. My total weight loss is 104.0

Ok it is March and I have decided that I don't want to lose any more weight I am a size 9 and weigh 157. This has been a very easy journey and I would not trade it for the world. If any of you are out there thinking about doing this stop thinking and do it... It will save some of your life and give some of you new lifes... This is not the cure all and end all you will still have to have self control and will power but alot less of it. I love being able to wear normal clothes and not be tied down to three fat stores that you can shop at.... So if you are thinking about it take the next step and change your life...

Hello I have been banded since July 29th and I am at my goal I have lost 89Lbs and am very happy with where I am at. Everyone loses weight at different paces and you shouldn't measure what you have lost to everyone else because we are all different. I do alot of walking and cardio and I have never had problems losing weight I have problems keeping it off. So good luck with your journey.

Hey I don't really want to lose any more and if so maybe like 2 or 3Lbs I am really pretty happy where I am at. I have lost 89Lbs in 8 months so I feel pretty good about that. Thanks for the compliments.... and good luck on your journey/.

Hello everyone it has been a while since I have posted any thing on here.... So I will update you on my progress I have had the AP Lap Band for almost 7 months and I have lost 79Lbs and over 33 inches in this time... I have 4.3cc in my 10cc band and I l excercise at least 4 times a week... Walking is the best excercise.... I hope to be at my goal weight by March which is 150Lbs... I am 5 8".... Hey you will do fine I have not had any problems... But you have to remember that everyone is different and we don't all lose weight at the same pace. Eat right excercise and you will do great...

Hello everyone 8 weeks out and 2lbs down... I have had 2 fills for a total of 3cc in my band .. I do have some restriction.. Breakfast is impossible to get down and you can forget anything that is dry.. So I am learning to adjust to the new restriction.. I have posted some new pics hope that you enjoy and that everyone is having much success with their journey...

Hey I am down two more lbs for a total of 18lbs and I don't feel full any faster but i can't eat bacon or dry chicken it is hard to swallow. How about you how much did you get your first fill?

Hey yes I got my fist fill 2cc. I have lost 16lbs. No problems with fill. How are you doing have oyu got your first fill? How much have you lost>

This has been the longest week ever i am measuring my food and takinging in around 100 grams of protien and still no weight loss. I am so frustrated and going to the gym evryday but the scale is still the same. Hope next week is better. I can't wait to start working with my trainer.

Hey Corliss can't wait to see you without bandages. Hope you are feeling well it is 4:00am here and I can't sleep this pain med sucks and my tummy hurts but my journey has begun and I can't wait to start losing weight. If you have anyadvice on stomach pain shoot me a line.

Hey how have you been I was banded today it was not that bad. Not sleeping it is 4:00am and i am hurting in my stomach. I think i am going to OD on my pain meds they are not worth a crap. Anyway hope all is well with you and hope to see you on the site.

Hey Vikki I am not having to do anything pro op yet my last visits to the doctors is the 22nd and I will know if i have to to anything. I bet you are so excited about your surgery.
