LOL I am suffering from the same syndrome right now!! I will see how the yellow book diet goes and just increase my activity level and hopefully that will help. How long after you met with Dr. Shah did you get your surgery date? Did she have you on a special diet the week before? I have heard other people from different hospitals say they had to do only liquids...I read the weight loss for dummies book too. I wish they had more books on just the lap band.
