Hey.How are you? I am great.I had my 2nd fill today and I feel full after a few table spoons.I am so excited.I am going to California to see my family,so my hubby took me shopping.I tried on a 18 and they were big on ME! I am a comfy 16 average.and a large shirt.I cried in the fitting room.The fills are not as bad as some make it seem.I barely felt it.It doesn't hurt it just feels weird.Well for me atleast.I am happy for you.I am sure you are looking beautiful!~! I wanna see some pics. take care ttyl!

Hey.Im good.I think I got rid of almost off the gas.lol I slept a lot and went for my first 40 minute walk yesterday.I will get my 1st fill august 31st..how are you feeling?

I am going 4 days a week.I love the Atkins Advantage shakes vanilla flavor and I get them at walmart for only 5.00 for a 4 pack. They taste really good to me and so tdo the EAS myloplex vanilla flavor I think those are 6.00 at walmart. Thats great that you got a raise.Just take it slow when you go to the gym for the 1st 2 weeks or so.Dont strain yourself.well ttyl.

I am going to california to see my family for my b day. 110 lbs by may 2010 sounds great! I am hoping to lose 80 lbs by feb or march 2010.If I can reach 100 that would be amazing.You will be good.Just do what you've been doing.I will see you at the Miss Universe Pagent lol I wish I could be there lol..I hope she gets better I know how that is.Gabby falls asleep instantly when she is sick but couchs all night and I worry about her.For some reason when she is sick she falls asleep only on the floor.lol my little crazy..

I got my surgery approved and I have a date.August 4 2009 at 9:00a.m I am so excited..I dont know what to do I am so happy and beside myself.lol..Only took a month and a half for everything to go thru and get done.

I had my 1st fill yesterday.My weight stayed exactly the same.She said that is very normal.Last time I went in I was 224.8 and I was 224.7 yesterday.My hubby's birthday is Sept 15th.Gabby is fine she is such a drama queen.But I love her. LOL Yea I had a princess birthday party for gabby last year dec.19 and I went all out and over board I was excited.I made a princess castle cake cupcakes tiara shaped cookies.I went insane with the glitter and frosting.Yea I know! All her cousins and my friends kids went home hyper!!!! lol. well ttyl.

I walk a lot.I went out yesterday with the baby and walked for about 45minutes.I came home and almost all of the gas came out.I take gas x 4 times a day.I am now walking twice a day early mornings and in the evenings.

I went to a seminar in late May and had a consultation the next week.I had to see a counselor and a nutritionists.I got my date yesterday for aug 4 It only took maybe a month and a week or so.I went by very quickly.Appproved immediately. yay!!

Im sorry I thought I wrote back to you. I am ok.Just feeling kinda crappy haven't been losing any weight.I gained a freakin pound so I am a little devistated!! but other then that I am ok. How are you??

It took me a little while to get used to eating so little. My band has 5.5 cc's in it. I workout everyday and watch my calorie and sugar intake. I get lots of protein in and drink lots of water. I am dedicated to losing this weight for myself and my family. I want to wish you the best of luck and feel free to drop me a line anytime.

mmm protein drink sounds delicious lol! yea I went thru my closet and tried on all my clothes and they dont fit, so I went shopping!!! I feel really good. I have gained a lot of self confidence in myself. and now I got a new position at work I am now an office coordinator.!! yay!! I get to dress up for work.! how is ur lil princess?? she is toooo cute!

my new job is cool, but im the only english speaking person there so I am alone a lot! lol

Oh and monday night I will probably be up all night!! lol I have to get up very early.Its scheduled for about 9 am.I have to be one hour before and then the almost 2 hour drive.No sleep for me.lol
