  1. Hell there that is good I am 11 months out and have lost 50lbs which I think I would of lost more if I stick to it harder. I have been on a bad track lately, but I am cutting back in the bad habits as we speak. I am going to get my list of foods together and go back to my protien shakes I want to loose another 50lbs to hit that 100lb weight loss.

    Oh I haven't been on here in a while I need to update my tickler congrats everyone.


  2. Ok I was filled again last wk wed and since then I can barley eat. I was throwing up a lot becuase things kept getting stuck. Then I realized I was eating too fast and needing to chew more, but it takes me about an hr to finish eating a meal. I have been throwing up almost everytime I eat. I don't think I have been practicing the chewing too well or eating too fast. I don't know I think I may need to be unfilled a lil what do you think. I said I was gonna wait a few days and see how things go before going back to clinic. Since last wk I have lost 5lbs


  3. Ok I been very very busy getting ready to be in a wedding. So mon I had very little to eat drank coffee for Breakfast and lunch had a baked potatoe and tried eating a chicken sandwhich. Took the top bun off and it still got stuck so I had to vomit to get it out. After work I had to go get my dress hemmed and was running all around I also was starving hungry as hell when I got home about 8pm and finally ate something I didn't eat much of it cuz I didn't feel good. I had a terrible headache and just laid down. I didn't have anymore tylenol so I took a peice of a ibprofen and I know im not supposed to, but my head was killing and I needed something. I didn't even take half of it though anyway since this day I have not been feeling good had salad for lunch yesterday then drank Water and started feeling sick again. I think im going to eat Soup for a while until I feel better I don't know what;s wrong. I hope my band hasn't slipped.


  4. Anybody else have this issue. I do good all wk dieting working out doing good. Even though I am loosing slowly and not gaining I still want to learn to eat right on the wk ends just as I do during the wk. When im out it's so hard and at parties and things like that. What do you all do on wk ends I can't just not go anywhere I tried that once also.


  5. @Jre1974 the band is different for everyone. You will find what you can and can't eat anymore. I can eat salad very easy I have never had a problem wit it going down at all. Now bread or dry meats on the other hand get stuck. There are only certain sub sandwhices I can eat breads if too soft I can't do em. Also eating too fast will make you get stuck that's with anything.


  6. Well I use the regular I can't belive it's not butter when cooking, but just changed to olive oil. I still continue loosing with that, but I still use that butter on my food in the past I did use the spray and it is good I think im going to buy that too for when I wanna put it on my food.


  7. B- Protien shake mostley or I will have a half a bagel and coffee. I don't always be too hungry in the morning.

    Snack- Light yogurt string cheese and some almonds. Very filling.

    L- I will have salad with chicken breast or turkey sandwhich or left overs from dinner.

    D- Baked Salmon or chicken breast sides vary from canned spinach, salad, baked potato with cheese and light sour cream, or rice.

    I also workout now 4 times a wk on treadmill for 20 min until I can reach 30, but something is better then nothing. I also go to curves when I feel like it. U have to stay active too loose a lot.


  8. @Jengems oh my gosh that is exactly what happened to me at work, but luckily I was on lunch in the lunchroom. I still was like damn my lunch buddies is gonna wonder why I keep going to the bathroom which I only did twice. Everything you said was how I felt yes feels like a birp bubble in your throat slime was coming out yes yes yes everything you said here I felt.

    As to the question on how to get it un stuck. I finally just stuck my finger down my throat and it came back up. I to HATE throwing up, but it hurt so bad you will do what you can to make it stop and that did it for me and I felt much better. Just try to chew your food as much as you possibly can and you may not have to feel the real stuck feeling, but it is way worse then what your saying here.


  9. @elcee you are totally right a stuck episode last way more the any 30 sec. So yeah you may have a tad bit getting a lil stuck. That was happening to me at first and I thought oh this stuck feeling isn't that bad like people say until you have the real thing it hurts like hell and last for a while until u can figure out what to do about it. I had to make it come back up and felt much better now I chew chew chew and some things I just don't eat at all.


  10. Right I am the same as one said I lost 30lbs and haven't went down a size yet either. It shows also on my top neck back chest. I was a tight 24 as well and now im fitting my 24's they are loose, but they fit so maybe another 30 I will be down a size I don't know. It all varies from person to person and how you carry your weight. I am more top heavy then bottom so it starts coming off my top first.


  11. Oh my gosh I just got another fill wed. I was at lunch today and took one bite of a rib that my friend had. I just wanted a taste of it and one bite got stuck oowee I will never ever wanna feel like this again. I thought I was gonna need to go home I am at work luckily I was on my lunch hr. I went to the bathroom and was burping like crazy and it still didn't go down finally I bent over and stuck my finger in my throat and it came up and I felt better. Still can feel a lil in my throat, but doesn't hurt anymore that was the worst. I am now at 6.5cc's and I now know I can't eat any dry meats im scared now.


  12. I just wanted to post that I lost 8lbs since my last visit to the dr last month. I am so proud of myself becuase now I am back on track as I was one who was really messing up wks after surgery. I have my mind set now and have been working out and eating right and just wanted to post becuase I am so proud of myself right now. I have been hitting the treadmill and going to curves eating lost of Protein. I got another fill yesterday so that should help with Portion Control . I am now at 6.5cc's in my 10cc band.


  13. I love this post and yes it just clicked for me last wk. I started my diet on the 3rd and one wk later I lost 5lbs I love my band now that I know what to do and eat lots and lots of protien. Yeah it's only been a wk, but all I have been doing is baking all my meats eating no greasy foods and the weight is starting to go down yaay. The thing about it during this time I cheated and still lost, but when I did cheat yes it was in moderation and I pushed the food away after a few bites. Now my big challenge is V-day my hubby is taking me out to our favorite spot and I am going to ask for boxes as soon as my food comes out and put a small amount on my plate and take the rest home for my hubby to eat later.
