Hello! I understand the battle you are having with yourself. I struggled with having surgery several times. But I had to do it for me. And I love my band. I have lost 75lb in 7 months. It isn't easy but I know the harder I fight the more I will lose. Do it for you! The more I got depressed and stressed about my weight the bigger I got! NO MORE! I am living for me! Do it for you! Good luck! Stop kicking yourself for what happened yesterday and concentrate on what you have in front of you.
