Well, I started my preop diet yesterday. Im doing 1000 cal a day or less till sunday then im on clear liquids from sunday til surg date which is next friday. Wish me luck, the 1000 calorie a days been hard, I've been battling with myself, but, hey....its worth it. I haven't been able to sleep either. My mind is too busy.
