don't worry about being under and you don't have to gain it back . they use the weight you started at not where you are now . when i first started i also thought the same . but i soon found out i was wrong . the reason they want you to lose is so that you can prove to the ins. that your dedicated and that you realy have tried and that your not just lazy pretty much . once i found this out i started to bust my butt a lil more . because my surgen told me i don't have to lose but i can't gain then when i got to my pc she told me that i need to lose something . and she told me why . so so far i have lost 10 lbs but im going to try to lose as much as i can b4 surgery ..
