Takes time I had same problem and started getting High protein shake with low sugar from costco. It helped and my hair growing back. Don't worry once you start eating chicken, milk and yogurt it helps.

Does Band get larger after we loose weight? I think I am too tight. In the morning I am thirsty and just sip of water fells like stuck and having hard time to eat solid food. I can't pay for another unfill and just wondering if by time get better? It's been one month from my last fill I rarely was able to eat solid and keep it. I try to drink pprotein shake even that sometimes stuck. I have acid reflux and loosing weight which is good. 10lb since last fill. Just wanted to know if by time will get better. Please anyone felt same email me. Please........................

Just wanted to know how u are doing? I had fill last week and I can drink very slowly and no solid except couple of crackers. I am thirsty all the time and hoping it get better. I do have a reflux and taking med. My Dr is 4 hrs away and hate to drive and unfill please let me know if by time will get better or not.

Thank you so much for your feed back. I will wait one more week I was able to hold Protein shake and I lost 5lb since last week after fill. I never knew fill Saline avaporate by time may be thats why I was getting Hungry and went had a fill. My only problem I have now is acid reflux taking med but not fully works. I will stay on liquid you are right probably band swelling causing this, I should have stayed on liquid after fill which I did not. did you have any acid reflux too? where do you do fill that charging 395? God thats too much and I am complaining for 130, and i know if I call Dr he will unfill with no charge. Thanks again, Nooshin

I had Surgery 2 yrs ago in Mexico and went several times for fill. last week I went for another fill and since then I have acid reflux , I am taking med for it. If I drink slowly I am ok, sip at a time. Smooshy food same but solid food just abite I am ok. I was wondering if it's going to get better or not by time? i make sure to get My Protein intake by shake. It is very hard for me to go back to Tijuana again and pay another $130.00 to unfill I know if I call him he may nort charge me he is wonderfull Dr but I hate to go there. any suggestion, if it's get better by time I don't mind to wait liuid is fine with me for now. Reflux bothers me. Please some feed back

I had fill two week ago and have a bad acid reflux since then. Maaolax does not help even simple protein shake in the morning or cup of milk will do the reflux, please help me

i have 15 more to go, does it get loose by weight loss or time? I had fill a week ago 1/2cc

Thanks, problem I have is I go to Mexico and they do it there, traveling there is not convinient. does it get better by time? I am taking med for acid reflux ? if not will go and have them take out some. Thanks

Hi, My pain is in my shoulder and left hand. I started getting muscle pain on my thigh too. I am going to see Pain Management on Wednesday so that may help, pain was so bad I had to take 5 weeks off from work. Walking will be great, I know it's hard to start but My husband motivate me and keeps on tellng me do what ever you don't feel like dong ( gong to GYM), he is right specially now that I am not working I get depress and bored and that does not help my eatng habit, once I start doing lttle excercise, emotionaly I am happier and have more energy. Look at it as a medicine, once you are sick you have to take your medcation so walking or going to Gym is our medicine and we have to take it.:cursing:

Hi, I was doing fine with adding excercise till I started having severe Muscle pain, so I can not excercise . I have lost total 30lb, which I am ok with it. My BMI was 32 and droped to 27. Looks like you are doing very good I noticed your weight lost. Nice job, I am just hoping all these pain I have not related to the band. Thanks for responding

Hi, Can some one tell me what is sweet spot? is it when we are comfy with our band and not PB. I have been banded last May and 3 fills I lost 20 lb only 10 more to my goal. I have been PB 3 to 4 times daily, I can barely eat any solid food. does it means I am at my sweet spot? please let me know how I am suppose to feel with 4 cc fill. I am confuse. Am I suppose to eat only one bite of chicken breast and be full? Please let me know

Thanks, I guess before I was able to eat chips and yogurt, it was easy and I did not PB. Now I tried to sip my morning cofee and i did not PB which is great. I have not tried any solid food. I am hoping by time I be able to eat solid food small portion and keep it. I do excercise and My goal is only 10 more lb. thanks for your respond it was truly helped me and gave me some piece of mind. I am trying to find center in san diego so I don't have to go to mexico for any adjustment. traveling to mexico is truly pain and time consuming. Thanks alot. Nooshin

Hi, I had my band On may and after 2 fill and one fill remove, I noticed not loosing weight. I went back to Mexico and had fill again 2 weeks ago. I still have a hard time to underestand how I am suppose to feel and how much restriction should I have with fill. Now if i drink water fast I can't hold it. I am very confuse and since my doctor is in mexico, I have a hard time to underestand . I hope you underestand my question and will be able to help me, for example I ate little of tuna and one saltin cracker I could not hold it it feel like sticking in my throat. before this fill I was able to eat small portion but not loosing, now I can't even do that. I just wanted to know what is the right restriction for fill. I have a hard time to travel to mexico it's costly and not easy travel. Please help me if you can. Thanks:laugh:
