i felt like this was it...i felt like if i had surgery to lose weight i needed to really lose it!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i also lost 37 pounds in my first 6 weeks and after that i just kept going...i take it day by day...i dont set goals...i dont know how many cc's r in my band...
