So glad you're feeling better and back on track. I get obsessed with food not to belittle your obsession but sometimes I wish I could get obsessed with weight loss. You do look wonderful and hope you stay on the "healthy" side of life - I understand the struggle to overcome obsession!! Tell your husband, for me, he's a lucky man!

Well, some of us are gonna go to the Santa Rosa Support Group to meet up with Riley & Pat at 10 am then we will all meet at 1 in Vallejo - not sure where in Vallejo- The pier most likely so we can walk

I'm with you on that! I think there was one last night wich means the next on is the 18th. Everybody is getting together next weekend, the 14th to hang - come with us!

I didn't have to do a liquid diet but had to lose 10% of my body weight first - I actually lost 33lbs pre op - but that was easier than this! 12 week waiting period sucks

Girl, ur dome is slender! How long after surgery till you got your first fill..... This is killin me! I only have 2.5cc's and I have to wait till my 12 week appt (another 5 weeks) to get a fill.... Grrrr!

I was just chatting with the girls about taking up a collection for air fare & hotel. We would have a blast! let's try to plan it for after the hollidays!! I can't tell you how much we would get out of hearing you speak and actually meeting you! You were the first person I saw on this site that made me see that it was possible to do this! I point everybody to your page LOL Seriously, you are an inspiration and I greatly appreciate how brave you are to put yourself out there like you do!

Most of that was pre op but I'm tryin to keep up with you, supa-star!!! I've only lost 12 post op and it's been 6 weeks! Grrr! I feel handicapped since I can't really work out. I had a rather large Hiatal hernia that was fixed at the same time - lotsa swelling!! My Doc said probably 12 weeks, then possibly we can fill this sucker up and I can get to workin out. Seriously, we gotta get you out here to speak at our little group - all of us girls are at the "kaiser richmond pre op" forum and they LOVE you! You should pop in and say hi

My first week has been great. I've only lost 4lbs but happy just to be losing. Tuesday was the worst day for pain but even still not bad enough to take any pain meds. I'm still sore at the port site, of course, but other than that - I feel good! How bout you?
