It is so much more helpful to have somebody at the same point at the same time as you Nicollie - Two weeks ain't nothin - and it doubt it will take two weeks - my last urine test were back in a day & a 1/2. Ok, so when I was Texting back and forth with you two this morning it was so hard not to tell you both that the other one was at goal too - LOL I hate to spoil somebody else's good news but MAN! You shouldn't have cancelled your appt with Dr. Baggs and when you call to reschedule just tell them you don't want an appt with Robin - It is NOT a requirement and, it seems, once she's in your life she doesn't let go. I didn't really get around them I just simply said I don't want to meet with Robin and they said OK. Besides, Doc Who & the Grinch don't see eye to eye anyway. Pat - you ready lady? Riley, Jane - I got on my new purple shirt you gave me & the hubby really likes it - I'm allowed to wear it in public (shh-he hasn't seen it without the undershirt) LOL Jes - Calvin Klein IS a friend of mine - got my new Calvin's on - size 14 ladies! Last may i was wearing 18's - slow but progressing!!!

Nicolie - I don't know what the deal is but it's got to stop! I need to sleep and, yes, I usually take a hot bath every night before bed - just feels better to climb in bed all warm & clean - I love my baths - i read or sometimes take my laptop in and watch a movie while I prune LOL. Today I'm trying to jump back on my mini meals - gotta drop some more weight before I see Doc Who on the 21st - REALLY WANT A FILL - so I gotta be down enough to get one Tamra - get on here and share with us - how the weight check went hehehehe. Sleep - I miss it so much LOL - hope to see you tonight Ash - the autism thing I feel is like the fat thing - everything that is wrong they blame on the weight - got a headache/you're fat! Can't sleep/you're fat - blah blah blah - I think that's why they say they "practice" medicine because they still haven't perfected it yet. for the carb detox I just fasted for a bit (2 day) water & coffee was all that I had - really slows my metabolism down but it's the only way I can do it. I'm having some weird binge eating thing - once I start eating I can't seem to stop so not eating at all is what works best for me LOL. Tam - you never have to feel embarassed around us - we are here to "support" each other - not judge. ALL kids go thru these stages so don't feel like your kid is the only one - just ask Nicole - she went thru it with Auds. REGGIE - I'M SO GLAD YOU'RE COMING ON THE 16TH I CAN'T WAIT TO SEE YOU! so, last night at 1:30 am I had a little carb fest - time to fast again - I'm cranky cuz I truly can NOT sleep - gonna try to get some ambien or something from my Doc till thiss little insomnia episode passes. Tam - so what if you're baby is having a hard time - you can bring her - I believe Pammie said Nicole is coming and she will, most likely, bring Audrey. Heather - girl you can get back on track - just wake up and do it - I ha to carb detox first - just fast for a day to get it over with LOL. I have been eating Edamame for protein the last couple of days - simply because Im lazy and you can pop em in the microwave and munch on them with a little garlic powder - yummy! Ash - I dont really think the pole will fit in my house but my husband claimed front row seats - My stepson is on the autism spectrum too - He will be 5 on the 12th and still doesn't talk in complete sentences and wears pull ups at night only but other than that he's a typical rough housing boy. I don't really understand how the scale works - seems like all the kids are on it now a days It was riley that posted the tofu chips - i love them too - she's my new food guru. Aww, Jes - wish you were coming to Pammie's - I will find another travel buddy but have fun at the spa - So, anybody ever try the shirataki noodles? zero cals & zero carbs... Hmmm... All I can say this morning is "Thank God for small favors!" I finally summond up the nerve to step on the scale this morning - 186.4 - whew - so all the crud I ate over the holidays and whatever weight I gained is now gone + .4lbs LOL Monique - that is so crummy but again.... at least you didn't have to meet with Robin - can't wait to hear what Doc Who has to say.
