I was self-pay and was banded two weeks after I made the call to Cincy Weight Loss. I met with the doc, had a short psych eval, and did all my financing on the same day. No muss no fuss.

Hi Holly, I was banded at Cincy Weight Loss on 2/13/09. They are FANTASTIC!!! I've been so pleased with my journey so far. They also have a monthly support group and book club that I would recommend joining. Not to mention the way cool yahoo support group they have online. Hey Wabb, I wonder what your true intentions are on this board anymore after getting the sleeve. If it's to help bandsters out with your knowledge of the band from your previous experience then that is very noble of you. However, if you bring up the sleeve everytime you enter a discussion or even have it in your signature then it sure seems like your real intent is to either win converts or stir up discontent. And that is just sad. Also, you say that the band got you here and the sleeve will keep you here or something along those lines. Isn't the first part a fact and the second part just a hope at this stage? Finally, one last question, what happens if the sleeve doesn't keep you at your weight and you eventually start gaining? Is it adjustable like the band?
