Many years of diets have taught me one thing, if you weigh in at the same time of day, wearing (or not wearing if you are at home) the same items (even eat the same thing or nothing at all) and use the same scale, then it will reflect! When I did WW, I really wore the exact same clothing, jewlery, everything!

    We start the pre-diet on the 1st of Nov. and we have to do a shake (instant breakfast or I'm going to ask if I can do the protein ones) for breakfast and dinner and then a sandwich and baked chips or some other form of low-fat lunch!
