I go to the one in Fontana, CA and I was wondering if you took the "options" classes? People have been telling me that they take 6 months to complete, but the doctore told me that they have a crash course that is only 3 months, so I was wondering it you can tell me what classes, if any, did you take and for how long? How long did it take to do the whole process from beginning to end? Thx for you answers, they are greatly appreciated!!

I have insurance also through kaiser, but I live in southern cali, and I was wondering if you can tell me how long the nutritional classes are because my doctor told me that there are 6 months or you can take the crash course of 3 months. I really need this lap band to loose weight, but i'm scared about the surgery itself..can you tell me, were you in a lot of pain when you woke up? What about after, any complications? Hello everyone! I have not yet got the lap band, but I am definitely ready to get one for sure!! I have been over weight now for 20 yrs and I am soooo ready to change my life! I am very scared and nervous but I know the good Lord is with me, in fact, I've been praying for along time for God to help me loose weight and now I know that my prayers will be answered soon! I am new to all this stuff so I will really, really appreciate it if anyone has advice for me or If they just want to chat!! It's time to TAKE CHARGE of my life!!!!! YEAAAAAAA!!!! HALLELUYA!!
