I couldn't do the protein drinks at all - not even the carnation stuff. so somone told me to drink extra milk (more calories) but i get in my protein then - i use skim plus milke and good old fashioned Quick - gets me 11grams protein each glass 4 a day does the trick! Not for everyone but it worked for me.

It's a long road this weight loss trip... I set my self lots of goals and rewards also. 1st - 299 - 300's gone forever - go a new CD 2nd - 50lbs - Got an IPod - looking forward to walking! 3rd - 75 4th - 100 5th - 125 6th - 150 7th - 175 8th - 200 Of course each 10lbs is a huge - and I plan to Celebrate them as well! -

I also joined curves after surgery. Lost around 15 inches the first month. it's a great start for me- i've always been a couch potatoe! NOT ANYMORE!

Good Morning all! I just wanted to stop by and say hello. I had Realize Band january 6th, today is my 3 month post op (should be done about 52/53 lbs) Dang retaining water!!! I'm looking forwared to meeting new bandsters like myself and getting and giveing support along this new road. Kim
