  1. Good Morning Everyone!! I don't know if there are any other 4th of July Challenge's started yet but a VST friend asked me to start a challenge and I figured this was a good one, especially since the 4th is a Thursday and that's the day I weight in each week.

    My challenge's are a little different, instead of logging your loss (or gain) here each week click the link and log in each week. You can also let us know here how your doing. I've done a few of these and they have been a lot of fun! I look forward to seeing everyone's progress.

    I set my goal to 25 - very aggressive considering i have been averaging 4.5 lbs per month, BUT I am pushing myself more and working out more - I want to see 100lbs (with this surgery, I'm a revison now down 116 in full total) and I can't wait to see 199 on the scale!!     I did this for a Valentine's Day Challenge and have received positive feedback from those who would like to see another one!

    The Green Week is St. Patrick's day week!! I have been doing this one since the begin of the year so if you would like to start today you would log your progress in week 7 ( I log each Thursday)


  3. WOW I can't express my thanks for everyone who joined me on this challenge! I have already hear from some that you liked the spreadsheet tracking and are looking for my next challenge! I have a St. Patty's day one and a 52 week that I started on the same day as this one. If you would like to join in we would LOVE to have you!! if you need any help with copying over your info from this challenge to the others please message me.

    I personally fell short by .4 while my ticker does make me feel good as it rounded me up i didn't quite make 75lbs lost or 1/2 way to goal. but i did loose and for that I am happy and great full!


  4. I just realized that with today's Weight in in total i'm down 104.4. My band was on 1/6/09 and my weight was 339. The band didn't work well for me after the first few months. the sleeve and I are good good friends. I look forward to seeing onederland with my wonderful sleeve :)

    I lose slowly but I'm working on my fluids and hope to see better changes.

    I noticed the spreadsheet is pretty much full and on my line it's not calculating the first weeks loss into my total loss. Does it need a tweek? I didn't want to even try to play with someone elses spreadsheet :P That's kinda like getting into someone's purse in my world LOL
