  1. I have read many of your posts and really appreciate your comments. You have obviously "figured" it out. No pun intended. LOL You look great. I tried the low carb diet and thought I might die. I felt horrible. I was dizzy, tired and couldn't see straight. I feel much better on WW. I have another fill scheduled in two weeks and hope I get some restriction to help me with the diet. I can eat anything at this point with no problem. I am still in "bandster hell". I sure can't "weight" to be in weight loss heaven!!!

Thank you for your response. :smile2:)

  2. I'm wondering if the people out there that are actually losing weight after the lap band (I'm not one of them) could right down what the eat in a day. I'm not at my "sweet spot" after 5 months, but hoping to be there soon. I would just like to know how much you are eating to lose weight.

Thank you so much. I think this will really help me.

  3. I was banded June 5th. I lost 18 pounds on the pre diet and none since. I am still hungry. I have 5 1/2 cc's in an 11 cc band. I just want to know there are others out there who are in the same boat. I have tried to diet, but I'm hungry. I'm starting to get frusterated. I want to lose weight so bad!!!!:)

  4. Wordsmyth-I have actually learned quite a bit about this after I asked this question. It actually only takes a couple of days for the nicotine to get out of your system, but it takes about 4-6 weeks for the chemicals that break down from nicotine to clear your system. I had the blood test exactly 4 weeks after smoking and I was clear. I did not do the Patches because I didn't want it in my system. I've been banded a month and a half now.)
