I have been looking at your posts and have been amazed at how fabulous you look. You seem to be and feel so happy.. I wish you continued success with your new lifestyle changes. I myself am in the waiting stages with two more visits to go and then in August I will see my surgeon and give him all of the information for final approval. I noticed that you showed a dish that you were eating your food from is that the 8 oz or 4 oz? I am hoping that you can share some of your get fit tips especially exercising and how did you manage to do skin toning?
