  2. I am a gym junkie now. . to the extent my personal trainer kicked me out the gym on Thursday night at 8:30pm because she is scared i am going to get burn out.

Since living at the gym i find i eat more and get less problems with blocking and PBing. I can eat a decent amount and can eat a decent amount in about 4 hours time because my body burns the food so much faster, but if i didnt excersice then the second meal would be a lot harder to get through because i would still be full from the first meal. I also find with working out so much i hunt for foods that will give me energy in the gym and sustain my energy because i am on a non liquid calorie diet, so all i drink is Water or green tea, so no coke or sustigen etc. . .

Good luck with ya excersise endevors

  3. I am going around the world with my new body -- yippee:clap2:

I am going on a pre holiday to Thailand on the 26th of April then back here then to Toronto (to go to a banding convention) then canada for a month then, maybe spain to running of the bulls, then Prauge, then North England (family) then London (friends) Then Scotland (millitary tatoo) then around Europe on a Contekik tour then home via Japan or Thailand.

I wonder if you are going to the same get together this Sunday in Cranbourne? Thanks for your message

  5. What a great Thread, it is good to read what you have all been up to. Makes me realise how many people in melbourne do have the band. I bet there are at least 10 people you pass every day with the band. How lively it is in here and also in the Victorian Banding Group www.health.groups.yahoo.com/group/VictorianLapBandingGroup it is as if everyone in Melbourne is banded.

But that is great. even if I was size 8 I would still want to have my band, it is great to have so much control over yourself.

  7. Back in April I had a clothes swap party at my house, there were over 15 people there and everyone brought a plate of band friendly food, I got rid of most of them that way and cause i was a smaller size i didnt get too much in return, but then somone else came and gave me a heap of her clothes a few months ago, so it all equaled out (thank goodness cause I was down to one pair of pants in the middle of winter).

Now today my sisters friend is coming to take my next batch off tooooo big clothes of my hands, and whatever she doesnt take I will open to the victorian banding group to take the rest of my hands.

Some people do sell them on ebay, and we were going to start up selling them on ebay then using the proffits to buy people on the Optifast pre surgury stage a box of optifast to ease the cost, but I dont know what happend to that.

Oh and with my old too big PJs that are just a bit tatty, well i clean my car and bathrooms with them he he he

I hope that helps, but i really think you shouldnt keep them around for too long, it is willing you and playing with your mind. Trust me when you look at your cupboard and it is compleatly diffrent than it use to be it is like that stage of your life is GONE!!! it is very liberating

  8. I had this conversation with a guy who i really like the other day. I didnt realise how much it was true till I was telling him yes I have lost 40kg but every day for the last year and a bit I have been beating myself up, then i felt the tears in my eyes. It is true, I have done very well, but I must have exausted myself I cant remember days where i made the right food choices, i cant reacal a day since banding where I have gone to bed happy with my effort that day for weight loss. EVERY-single-day I beat myself up because I am not working hard enough. I dont know what the answer is, but just know you are not alone.

  9. You will be at the beach in your sexy swim suit in no time!!!! you wont recognise yourself.

I wore my first bakini since i was a kid a few months ago in thailand, sure I am still a size 16-18 but there are somethings you can get away with in developing countries that I wouldnt do here in Australia. But it felt sooooo good to be hanging around the pool with my new found friends in my bakinni and my scars getting some sun on them. . It was an awsome feeling, and I hope one day you can feel it too.
