This is my first time on here so i want to introduce myself. I am a mother of 4 and a wife. I have been over weight for about 11 yrs now:mad:. I finally decieded that I needed to do something with myself before I die.
i have been going through the work up since aug 08. Finally my surg. has been approved and I am schedule for 4/8(excited):cursing:.
Now I am having a hard time with the pre-op diet. I feel like I am going to pass out. My headaches are so bad but i have to say that they do ease up some. I guess you have to get use to it. My husband says it MIND over MATTER. he is right.
