Congrats!!!! Good for you wishing you a speedy recovery..I was ok after about 2days. Got really tired of liquids so Dr. said I can take it easy on mushies. Keep in touch.

Did they put any fluid in you. I feel like I can eat anything now but Im trying to be good although Im allowed mushy food. I have no restriction, no pain, no nothing to complain about Thank God.

Did you say cravings? Im beyond cravings lol bad stuff too I can't wait to get a fill before temptation takes over. Well I haven't really blended anything up I just try to chew longer I have no problems with that the only thing Is Im not getting full after 1/2 cup or full cup maybe 2-3 cups lol. Well My lbs are still lingering around hope to lose more soon. How much do you have to go to get under 300

Do you have any advice that you could share because I'm pretty sure I'll be getting banded the 1st of the new year. Thanks for responding

Do you think the band made your hair come out?? When did you experience the hair loss is that one of the side effects of having the band????

Hello again still looking great. Quick question I saw on another members page you said something about using biotin from hair coming out. Did you experience hair loss from the band? Do you believe Biotin really works if so did you use the pills or shampoo?? Thanks for your feedback. Also quick question I am a soda junkie still waiting to get banded beginning of next year. Did you like soda's before the band I hear you can't drink them once you get banded. If your answer is yes how did you avoid the craving to drink them
