I am so glad you have decided to go ahead and have surgery!! YOU GO GIRL!! I am trying so hard to stay on the skim milk diet, but ohhhhh its hard. Go to the surgeon Monday the 8th, and excited about that, its getting closer! Keep me posted and take care--Patsy

My band date is June 23! I am so excited, I start the milk diet on June 2nd and am scared of that--it will be difficult, but with support I know I can do it! Was having problems choosing lap band or gastric bypass, but think this is the best choice for me!
