HI! Thank you for the comments. Restriction for me is not being constantly hungry, also with good restriction constant thoughts of food are rarely there. Oh, how I missing that right now. It took me about 4 fills before I was feeling decent restriction, but everyone is different. Good luck on your journey as it is not easy, but nothing worth doing is. Message me if you need more info.
