awesome! I will be on my 7th year in Aug and still going strong

  2. Just realised that today is my 4year bandiversary.

  3. Aiming to lose 2kg by my 4th bandiversary on 2nd June.

  4. Just ate 1/2 a curly wurly in secret after everyone else went to bed. If that isn't dysfunctional eating i'm not sure what is! Tomorrow I have to stop this and recommit.

  5. Such an awesome feeling to wake up and not be hungry. Haven't felt like that for months.

  6. I have eaten pasta from the start and it has never given me any problems. In fact if I am out with friends that don't know I have a band I will often choose pasta as it is so easy to eat.

  7. I eat wholemeal bread, toasted. I drink wine not beer. Champagne sometimes but that i have to sip very slowly. My Dr says I can have soda so long as it doesn't cause me discomfort so I have a diet one now and again.

  8. I am glad that my message helped. Don't feel guilt or shame - you shouldn't have to. People don't feel guilt about going to gym, getting boob jobs, botox etc, why should you feel guilt about doing something positive for your health. And remeber the decision to tell people that you have a band is upto you - when and if you are ready. the only person I told beforehand was my husband as he was the only person who needed to know. I didn't need to be judged by others that were not walking in my shoes.

All the best I hope your band experience is a happy one.
