Hang in there!! I am 8 months post op and down 63lbs. The first three to four months was frustrating but I am now doing great and the band has been an amazing tool for me! It will get better, be open and honest with your doctor and they will help you get through.

Im so happy to see this thread and to know Im not alone. I too have coffee in the mrnings, Im going to add a Protein Shake to the mix now.... That way I not skippin meals!
