    You don't want to drink while or right after eating because it will flush the food through. You want the full feeling as long as possible, so don't flush the food.

    Fill went great. I have 4.6 in a 10cc band.

    My fill went fine...no problems at all. It didn't hurt either. While I immediately had some restriction with the fill, I think it really kicked in last night (a week later). I've read that other people sometimes experience that. Not complaining. Still able to eat, but not much.

    I'm a March 19th-er too. I had my first fill last week. Go to your User CP and find "edit avitar" to change your picture. Click on anyone's ticker and it will take you to the website you need, to create your own. Good luck.

    I'm sure I will spend too much money trying to feed you two. I have to eat too. How about, "wear, were, where". They are not interchangable. Ooh, I hate, "I have three brother-in-laws." It's brothers-in-law. I thought I was the only pain in the ass that was annoyed by this.

    Hi Amlus. I was a self-pay. Jump on a cheap Southwest Airlines flight to Denver and you can pay $9950 which includes everything, including your first three fills. After that, fills are only $15.

    I LOVE that stuff. I mix it with Water, a scoop of Fiber, and ice in a magic bullet and it's delicious. I've only tried the banana, but I plan on trying the strawberry next. Also, GNC has a very generous return policy. If you don't like the Protein powder, they'll take it back and give you a full refund.

    I went to Disneyland and ate like a normal person. +1 for me, but I get my first fill tomorrow. I think the only reason I didn't gain more is because of all the walking I did.

    Hi Rannah. I used to live in Grand Junction. My family owned the McDonald's that used to be on North Ave across from Wienerschnitzel. Hey, we owned a McDonald's...I'm beginning to sense a connection as to why I needed the band. Hmmm lol

    It's alright. I'm eating lots of protein and fruits and veggies. Being very good. I'm not hungry because of all the protein. I'm at a stand-still with the weight loss, but I know this is temporary. Looking forward to my fill.

    I'm going to Disneyland on Wednesday. This will be my first Disney experience, besides visits to the Disney Store. I'm hoping I fit on all the rides. Wish me luck.
