Wow, I have lost 3lbs so far. I am excited about that. I started full liquids today, so I get stained soups, fudge bars and chocolate pudding. I feel fuller longer now. On the liquids I was about to hurst someone, lol. I still have lots of gas and I hope that gets better. I still cannot lay on my left side, just too painful. I walked today, not very far though.
