cjjrn, My June 22nd surgery was cancelled BUT I ended up having it on the eighteenth of June.So it has been about five weeks. It is the best thing I could have done for myself. I only wish I did it ten years ago. I've lost 22 lbs since the surgery. The first couple of days were a little rough but a week after the surgery I felt "human" again. I was back to work twelve days later - also returned to the gym that day as well. Have been to the gym five days a week since then. I feel great and would recommend this for anyone who is overweight.
