Sure is Neenagh a red head too, well he used to be now he is sort of auburn and grey, and a little bald spot starting on the top. LOL, we dare not tell him that though. Maria:)

This is all very interesting and informative, i went to see the family dr. yesterday because i was having terrible dizzy spells, i thought i was suffering from vertigo, he checked me over and then asked if it was band related, if it had something to do with the way i have been eating. Wheetsin just posted that other people have had these problems, so now i know. The things we learn on this forum, it is great. Thank you. Maria:)

Neenagh, I am glad your surgery went well, i had a hiatal hernia repair as well and i did not know i had one, Dr Cobourn was quite nice about it though. I am sorry about your husband, you sure know how to tell a story though (It must the Irish in you). You are right this should all have been about you, how are you doing now? are you feeling hungry on the liquid's?, how is your gas pain or do you have any?. Let us know. Maria:)

Cloe you are too funny:laugh The strange thing is i still get nervous everytime i step on the scale that i am going to show a gain, just like i did with all the other diets i was on.:doh: I know it can happen, or reach a plateau and not lose anything for a while. Maria:) -

Leila, so sorry about your medical problem, here's hoping the prognosis is a good one for you. Sometimes having a sense of humour is the only thing that gets us through these tough times. I did it myself when i was told i had breast cancer. I wish all the best for you. Maria -

Hi Green, i did not like the bought beef broth either, the chicken flavor is not to bad. I made a pot of my own broth, i just threw away the vegetable's, chicken, or Soup bone's what ever i made it with, you have the goodness of the veg. in the flavor of the broth. Just an idea. Maria:)
