Well tonight was weigh in night and i am happy to say i lost.:clap2: After last week's disaster of 1.25 lb. gain, this week i lost 3.50 lbs. That will bring my loss for the month to 6.25 lbs., not the 8 lbs. we were working toward, but that is okay i am happy:p happy:p happy:p Maria:)

I was one of them Mandi, you could be right about the junk mail, the thing is i just delete everything from my junk mail file without opening them. Oh well. Maria:)

Yes Mandi that is were i go TOPS. I like going for the support and encourgement. it does help. Maria:)

I did the same thing as you Yoda, started out with the smaller plate, then went back to the regular plate, just put smaller portions on it. Because i gained some weight last week maybe i should switch back to the smaller plate.:hungry: Maria:)

Cloe, i still go to my weight loss club, so our weigh in is on Monday nights, and because i started on there scales i like to weigh in on the same scale every week. I don't have any scales at home that way so i don't have the temptation of weighing every day. Maybe when i finish with the club i will buy scales then. You are doing great:clap2: :clap2: keep up the good work. Maria:)

Me too!!! Me too!!!, i even spoke to Marie at DR.Cobourn's office, she said she would talk to the moderater for me, still nothing, i guess they don't want us there, or else they need to get a new moderater. Maria:)

Thank you Yoda, but i didn't have a very good week last week, i actually gained 1 .25 lbs.,:cry tonight is my weigh in so hopefully i will have had a better week. Maria:)

I am very disappointed in my self this week, i did not lose any weight, i had a gain of 1.25 lbs., and i was hoping to reach the 50 lb.mark.:Cry: Cloe my little lady bug will not need any booties for his feet this week. he is giving them a rest. BAD BUG. Maria:Cry:

Great news about your mom Jude, my mom was the same way, my sister took her to live with her and she did not like it, wanted to go to her own house, started telling everyone my sister was keeping her a prisoner. it is something to look back on and laugh about now. Great that you got unfill, and are able to eat more than soup and ice cream:hungry: They should be interesting pizza's, that is a good idea though, i should try that with my grandson's next time they come for dinner. Well i thought i did, but Dr.Cobourn did not, he looked at how much weight i had lost from after the surgery, and said i needed i fill, so i had one. I only noticed a slight difference in the amount of food i was eating after the fill, but as long as i keep losing every week i will stick with what i have for now. Maria:)

Wheezy, i also have a 10cc band. Dr.Cobourn gave me a 4cc fill but that was his choice, i had no say in the matter, so far i am doing okay with that amount. Maria:)
