I know I needed a good two weeks off for mine.
Set up an appt with a surgeon and see what they say.

I went for the full Tummy Tuck. But I also had a lot of ad damange thanks to 3 pregnancies. I am extremely happy with mine.

When I was banded, I had a 3 1/2 yo and a 16 month old. Surgery was on Thursday and I was a stay at home mom. By Monday, I was back to every day life. I had to sit down on the couch in order to pick my little one up. It took a bit before I was completely back to normal, but with in a week I had little holding me back.

I was 330lbs.
-
I lost 26 pounds over the course of my 2 week pre op diet.

The boobs where one of the last things to go for me. But I also breastfed for 18 months, just finished about 3 months ago. I went from about a 48 DDD to a 38 C. And let me tell you. While I was losing weight and nursing, my boobs became uneven. I seriously had one that was twice the size as the other!! I was freaked out. Thankfully, they finally evened out.

My favorite brand is the Optimum Nutrition.
Their gold card week is always the first week of the month. that is when you will get the best deals. I will be going tomorrow to stock up for the month!

Good for you!! I love exercising, but mainly I love weight lifting. Yes, you need to make sure you are staying well hydrated esp if you are sweating that much!!

I wear a size 4-6 and I still feel fat. It has gotten a lot better for me since I have had my Tummy Tuck. All I seen was all the skin and it was horrible on my self confidence. You lose the weight so fast that its hard for your head to catch up.

Planks are a killer! They seem so easy, but dang try holding one for a minute and you feel it! By the third one, Im ready to just lay down.
I bet you did feel that in your legs. I do a lot of squats with a barbell and wow!
Good luck at your first full session. Sounds like he is going to put a good hurting on you!

I only do cardio as a short warm up or cool down. I like the different 12 weeks programs they have on bodybuilding.com. Plus they are free.
I'm getting ready to start a new program tomorrow, but it is only for 2 months. I use a lot of free weights and work one muscle group a week.
-
Sounds like you are doing fabulous!! My surgeon is 3 hours away. So 30 mins sounds like a drop in the bucket to me!

Thats awesome! I dont do much cardio at all either. Granted I dont use the weight machines either, I prefer the free weights.
What all did your 25 min exercise consist of? I'm curious what all he had you do.

After losing all the fat, I am constantly cold. I am so not looking forward to winter at all. I'm already being a wimp with it barely being fall.

Glad you gave legs a try!! Good luck with the personal trainer!!
-
That looks much better. However I still dont agree on you not doing legs.

Your muscles need 2-3 days rest. Concentrate on one muscle group one day and then another the next. Just rotate it. You wont do any good by working the same muscles every time. They can not grow if you do not give them time to heal.
And yes it very well could be because of starting the exercise. Dont give up and give your body time to get use to the change and you will start seeing bigger results. But dont forget to 'shock' your body every couple of weeks. Your body gets use to routine and needs that.
-
Did you do the same weight lifting two days in a row? I mean same lifts and working the same muscles?
-
And this is why I dont like telling people about my band. They automatically think I lost all of my weight because of the band. I was able to just sit on the couch while my band forced the fat off me.

You talk about food, but what about exercise? What is your current amount of exercise you are getting?
-
It really is so good! I put it in the freezer for about 30 minutes and let it get a nice frosty chill. I could drink them all day long!
-
I am thrilled with my results, but I have also put the work needed into it. I work out regularly and watch what I eat. I dont let one slip up ruin the rest of my day/week. I also know that I am human and I'm going to allow myself a bowl of ice cream if thats what I want. If I'm out with friends, I am going to have a glass or two of alcohol.
