  1. yeah- I definitely notice that after I workout I'm tighter-- same sensation as in the mornings. Last night I went to the gym, and noticed it right away.

     

    I will look into the toning classes. They offer a "bootcamp" thing here, but I'm not sure what it consists of. I do think I need to try something new, because at times my weight loss is stalling. I added weight machines after my cardio, and that seemed to help, but I still think I need to shake it up a bit.

  2. What type of toning do you do? I hope to get a trainer eventually. I"m using the treadmills at work during lunch (walking on incline), 4 days per week, And, depending on the week, doing 4 or 5 times per week at the gym in the evenings. (so I'm working out about twice a day, but about 4 times per week-- I've only been doing this for a couple months-- before that I worked out much less. But my weight loss has slowed quite a bit, and I knew I needed to kick things up a notch. I was banded May 09) In the evenings, while at the gym I usually do elliptical for a while, then some weight machines. I've found that if I do the "sit up" type weight machine too much, I can't eat for quite a while after-- I feel too tight. It kinda scared me at first, like maybe I'm stressing my band or something, but the Dr said it's ok!

     

    Do you feel tighter sometimes after working out? It's only for a little while.

    I've been very happy w/Dr. Simpson. If you call his office, they will give you a quote. They don't mess around-- the price is what it is. I paid about $16.5K, but that includes over a year's worth of fills.
