Thank you so much for your comment. I have made it through day 2 of my liquid diet. It has been much than i thought- but i just need to get though this. I know it will all be worth it. I didnt realize how everything i do revolves around food, what im going to eat, where and when. So this has given my brain alot of free time, and im not quite used to it. I know there operating on my stomach, but it should come as a package deal, and include work on your brain too!!!
