Hey LL, Good to have more friends born in 1953. That was a great year to be born! LOL! You and I will be banded just a day apart how cool is that! So on your liquid diet are you drinking a protein drink or just broth, SF jello and SF popsicles and water? Any Coffee, Black? I start on Tuesday. Hope you are feeling good. How much weight do you have to loose if I may ask. I am looking at 100 pounds. I am weighing in at 250 right now. Glad you are out there. I will keep in touch with you all the way.
