  1. hello everyone its anew year and and new me I have to get to at least 100lbs by March. I have a personal trainer and i work out 5-6 days a week. I am slowly going back down but I need to watch what i eat.

  2. Thats great. I started back working out also and I am down 5lbs. I have also been watching what I eat which is the issue for me anyway lol. But we can do this. Stay encourage and lets keep in touch. What was your starting weight? Did you have your surgery this year?

    I had mine in 2009 going on 2 year in Jan 2011

  4. work out and as little as possible no sweets and i stopped eating bread for 8 months after my surgery.

    No pain at all. Meaning they keep you comfortable. I was off of work for 1 week. I am from Portland Oregon. Where are you located? I weigh 305 today a I cant wait to get out of the 3s so I can start working on the 2s lol but hey you can do it I am proud of you and be encourage you will be alright!!
