Carol1951 I wasn't a Water drinker either until my liquid diet...It was rough...I had to carry around a sipper bottle everywhere to try and remind myself to drink. But hang in there...you will do fine! Ambrosia Congratulations on your first fill...Glad you are lovin the band still! becky

BTW I braved my swimsuit last week and although I am not looking totally as I would like to yet...my weightloss so far has made a BIG difference...I am not 'hanging out of it' nearly as much as i used too. becky
