I worked up enough courage to go to the meeting only to find out Cigna had a six month waiting period. I know time flies but it was such a downer to realize I can't do this for 6 months and then it may still be denied. Any info on this as I am new to these boards.

Just to try to be on a up beat note, could you try to get into a exercise routine? I started swimming laps about 7 weeks before surgery. I would go slowly for about 20 minutes.

I was a self pay. If insurance does not pay .....

For myself I would spend at least (I'm shamed) $7 on my "stash"

each day. So I knew I could afford it. I would treat myself to lunch at least twice a week for what $10 each time? Do the math .
