Thanks for the sweet message. I am still a work in progress. One year almost to the day I found out I was pregnant. Very unexpected. I am 23 1/2 weeks pregnant. I am happy to say I have only gained 10 lbs so far. It does get easier but there are speed bumps that sometimes pop up but you just have to deal with them one at a time. I was only 1/2 way through my journey when I became pregnant but I do intend to finish my journey asap after the new baby is born. Best of luck to you, You will have great results if you stay the course.

Grab that brass ring when it comes!! There will be many more holidays to celebrate. I say don't wait one more day than you have to. You will not regret your choice. Tips- I would say let yourself heal completely, everybody heals differently. Then don't look back. I follow the rules most days, and I exercise frequently. I'm married, I work, and I have a 6 yr old son. But I have to make time for myself, you have to take time for yourself. Treat yourself well. Good luck to you let me know when your scheduled.
