Hey there Stacy, I have the realize band 10cc band. I was banded 11-19-08 and have lost 91 lbs. so far with about that much still to lose. I am very happy with my band. I have 7.8cc in my band right now and the weight is just falling off. Gotta Love It. Good luck with your journey, you will make the best decision for you!!:frown: -

I have the majic bullet and as far as mixing goes I think it puts too much air bubbles into the mix hence you continuously burp. I would stick to the vitamix.
