  1. lulac thanks for your reply back... I totally agree with what you say i try to stay with a restriction that allows me to eat smaller portions still loose weight and feel comfortable eating whatever it is i eat im not about trying to get soo tight i cant enjoy my food and im just grumpy all the time been there and done that.. anywho thanx again for responding

    b- bare naked cereal w/2% milk - about .5c

    l- shrimp cocktail w/pico & avocado

    s- handful of nuts

    d - half pb&j w/glass of milk

    lulac just wonering if you can eat your cereal with milk and a pb&j with milk why is it such a big deal not to eat and drink? im just asking because sometimes i finish eating and im soooo thirsty and ill drink some Water sometimes even a few sips with my food and my family yells at me :thumbdown: whats your take on it?


  3. i have not posted for a while. I keep making excuses i guess :cursing: well i need to start posting again bc i thinks it well help me along this journey if i do

    breakfast-4 oz omelette with turkey bacon, onions and bell peppers, 10 med subes of watermelon

    Lunch-1 banana and 8 oz milk and some watermelon

    Snack-(maybe) watermelon or crackers

    Dinner-4 oz meat with some Beans and guacamole yummy!!:cursing:

    BANDED 2/9/09 AND LOVING IT!!!


  4. Should be ashamed of all the things i ate yesterday:blushing: but im going to post them anyway bc i need to own up to it :blush: here it goes

    B-1 banana and 1 glass of milk(about 6 oz)

    s-string cheese and some wheat thins

    l-nothing:sad:

    d-1/2 a hot link, 2 tablespoons of potatoe salad, 1 tablespoon of rice and Beans each, 1 med chicken leg no skin 1 and 1/2 dinner roll

    s- 1 small choc cupcake with frosting and 8 oz of milks and 1 hersheys kiss and p.b easter egg:eek:

    soooo today is a new day..time to hit the gym i did do a liquid diet all week bc i knew sunday was going to be a bad day so i sort of planned it :smile: and surprisingly i got on the scale this morning and weighed less than anyday last week!!


  5. B-Nothing i woke up too late (11am):thumbup:

    L- 2oz steak fajitas 2 oz Beans (homemade)

    S-100 cal s.f ice cream sandwich

    d-sandwich on 2 slices whole wheat 3 slices of thin deli meat(turkey) couple slices of avacodo and jalapeno, 1 bag 100 cal doritos :eek: and 1/2 an apple with salt and lemon

    s- probably another apple or s.f popcicle??

    Your feedback is greatly appreciated :smile: so i can get some feedback on whether my eating habbits are healthy


  6. Ok so here it goes!! im a newbie so please all the comments welcom on how you think im doing!!

    Breakfast:1 egg omlet with 4 slices turkey bacon and cubed bell pepers and onion totaling 4oz

    Snack: 1 apple with salt and lemon(can u tell im mexican?):thumbup:

    lunch 2 oz chicken strips (no skin, grilled) and z 02 mixed veggies

    Snack:1 low fat string cheese 5 deli meat turkey ham(really really thin only like 15 cal for meat)

    dinner refried Beans with Chorizo!! bad mee:thumbdown:

    Water in between...have not drank Protein Shakes bc id rather have some fruit for a snack and doc told me not to sub shake for food
