How are you feeling? The 28 day liquid diet I was on resulted in a 25 pound weight loss. I had my band put in on April 8th. I havent had any pain and am excited to watch myself change over the next year.

yes, I've stated my liqid diet 3/11. I'ts a 28 day liquid diet and I have to admit I have had some weak moments but have managed to be strong. Have you started? Where are you getting yours done? I'm getting mine in San Diego CA.

Hi! I'm also getting ready to have the lap band. My sugery date is 4/8, I'm so excited. Did you have to do a liquid diet? I'm on my 6th day of a liquid diet and it is tough. I'll be on it for a total of 28 days. Crazy,huh?

just checking on you and youre liquid diet.. How are you feeling? Are you having a problems getting enough calories in? I'm on day 5 of my 28 day full liquid diet and am having a hard time getting 800 calories in. Funny never thought I would say that.
