thank u so much for all ur compliments...i have no idea how many cc's are in my band...i've never been over filled...i just tell people the right amount...lol...as long as i feel full off a 1/2 cup of food for 4 to 5 hours i'm at the right restriction...i have had 6 fills...i've always felt satisfied off a 1/2 cup of food but not always for the length of time i want to feel full...if i start to get hungry before a 4 hour period from my last meal...i know its time for a fill...i've always ate out of those bowls...as soon as i was able to eat solids i measured all my portions and still do...good luck with ur surgery...feel free to ask me anything...anytime and exercise...exercise...exercise

eat whatever taste good to u out of those cups....except for down right junk food...lol...u'll b at goal b4 u know it!!!!!!!

thank u for all the compliments!!!!!! i really appreciate it...i'm feeling better by the day...that was a hell of a surgery!!!!!! my husband is very happy with my outcome...but would like if i put on some weight....lol..."i need some meat on u baby...something to hold on 2"...lol...i have plenty of hair!!!...ur doing great...46 pounds in 8 weeks is awesome...u'll be at goal in no time!!!!!!

i'm finally feeling better...that was a hell of a surgery...really it was...i just got released to go on the treadmill slowly for 45 minutes...so i'm happy about that...the scars r going to b horrific...but overall its looking good...everytime i take my clothes off ...i'm like wheres the fat apron????lmao

I'm back at work finally!!!!!!! i went through a mini tuck 7 days ago!!!!! very painful and sick 4 the first 3 days after...really sick...i have no regrets..my tummy is looking good...no more hanging skin..a few things were moved around...lmao...i can't wait to heal and make this stomach in2 a washboard at the gym!!!!!!!! i posted pics of my surgery

yes i just had a tummy tuck on 8/17...i'm still recovering...my stomach look nice and flat no more hanging skin...the pain was really bad.

i'm soooooooo excited for u!!!!!!!! my tuck was worse then i expected...the recovery was worse then the pain...i got really sick from the pain medicine...i'm so glad the first week is over...i cant wait to get my ass back in the gym...i dont regret it...my tummy looks good...its still swollen and bandaged...oooo and they pulled my va-j-j up to my 4-head...lmao...but seriously its really high up and i had to do a double take when i looked in the mirror for the first time...lmao

it was worse then i expected...the recovery was horrible...the pain is pretty bad too...but i was so sick from the pain medicine...the plastic surgeon did a beautiful job...i dont regret it...but it was worse then i prepared myself for..my tummy is flat and no more hanging skin...they moved my va-j-j- so high up it mise will b on my 4head....lmao!!!!!!

i took off 9 days...my plastic surgeon is talking about stay out of the gym for 6 weeks...i think not...lets try 4...6 weeks out of the gym and i'll b right back up to 296!!!!!!!!!

i am sooooooo nervous...i'm literally having nightmares...this week is flying by...i'm not excited like i was when i was getting banded...i kind of feel like i'm jumping the gun...i'm only a little over 10 months out...but due to work..insurance..my son..i have to do it now...

i'm doing good...i'm having my tummy tuck on monday so i'm a nervous wreck...i keep looking at pics and it looks sooooooooooo painful...all my friends keep telling me to stop looking...lol...i cant help it...:-)

i eat the same as any other typical bandster...but i do exercise a lot...i power walked and jogged my first 91/2 months and recently joined the gym...i do a hour on the treadmill...stair climber for 30 mins...the elyptical for 30 minutes and on the weekends i either take a spin or pilates class...i worked my wap up to being able to exercise the way i do...in the begining i was only able to walk up the street and i added more and more to my routine every 3 to 4 weeks

august 19th!!!!!!!!! i know ur ready...i will surely post more pics of the finished product...lol...now its time to maintain for me!!!!! another journey in itself!!

i'm a nervous wreck!!!!!!!!!!! i feel like its the final step and the skin has to b removed!!!!!!! i put in all this hard work now i have to show it off in a bikini.....lol

look at u!!!!!!!! i wouldn't have been able to do what u r doing!!!!!!!! i hope u r really impressed with urself...i know i'm impressed with u!!!!!!! u'll be at ur goal in no time with ur band...i'm still at 163...i think i've finally hit my plateau...i think my body is finished...i'm getting geared up for my tummy tuck now...that will definitely get me to goal...if not a little under...i was still hoping to get there without my tummy tuck...but hey i did 136 pounds in 10 months!! 10 days till i'm back on the table...
