i have the most boring job on earth...thats how i'm able to post threads and reply all day....lol...dont worry about being buzy...i 4give u....lol...i havent 4got about u!!!!!!!

i havent had the chance to hit the gym...im waiting for my son to go on summer vacation..i am able to run 2 miles now...and i still speed walk 4...i always add a few more steps or find a new hill to walk up...after 4 weeks of the same routine...i also try to walk everywhere...to the store..to the bank..it kills 2 birds with 1 stone...i get to exercise and run an errand...my son is also a huge help...he loves to b outdoors..hike..ride bikes...he is my lil fitness instructor...lol

thank u for the compliment...my goal is to b at 160...i'm at 180 right now...but that changes from time to time...sometimes i feel like i'll just let my body go to where ever it wants to take me...my husband on the other hand is having a heart attack...he wanted me to stop 40 pounds ago....lol

thank u 4 the compliment!!!!!!! i was banded on oct 6th 2008...as of 2-day im down 116 pounds...those r NOT typical results...i was expecting to lose a 100 in a year..but i follow the program to a t...exercise...and my body just took real well to this surgery.
