i'm a gym junky...lol...i took my first spin class on saturday...ooouuuucccchhhhh....lol...i'm having my tummy tuck in 14 days!!!!!!!!!!! i'm hoping i make it to 157-158...by the 17 th...i should drop another 3-4 pounds once the skin is removed...my mom is always telling me i'm too skinny...there is no such thing as too skinny!!!!!!lol

i may have to call it a day at 160...whatever i get to on 8/17 will be my goal...lol....i asked my plastic surgeon about losing another 10 pounds after my tummy tuck...he said it'll be fine...when u lose 10 pounds its not necessarily all coming from ur stomach...he said as long as i don't go over 25 more pounds i should b fine...hopefully the way i've been exercising i may get to 157/158 and they estimate i'll lose another 4 pounds once the skin has been removed

its almost that time...my journey has almost come to an end...i'm at 163.4...hoping to get to at least 160 by august 17th...tummy tuck time!!!!!!!! i will post b4 and afters of my tt for everyone to c!!!! i'm a nervous wreck... this is the last stop on this mission!!!!!

thank u so much for replying to my thread!!!!!!! now it makes sense...my worst nightmare is having to be unfilled and out of the gym....lol....but i will take ur advice and get unfilled...my port is really high up and won't need to b moved...i'm a nervous wreck...i was in so much pain after i had my c-section...i heard a c-section is a walk in the park compared to this surgery...:-(

u looking reaaaaalllllllll goooooood 2!!!!!!!!! yes, i noly eat a 1/2 cup of food 3xs a day...i finally started going to the gym...so i've added a hand full of mixed nuts to eat after my lunch...

for about the first week i did...then i started to walk a 1/2 mile...i would add a 1/2 to a mile every 3 to 4 weeks...once i got to about 180 i started to run...i'm able to walk/run 6-7 miles now...i do the stairmaster at the gym for 30 mins...then i do the elyptical for 30 minutes and run on the treadmill for an hour...i wasnt able to exercise like this in the begining...i had to work myself up to it...but i always add to my routine once i feel my body getting use to it...

i actually don't know if its the pre-natal vitamins that have helped or the biotin....i take both...all i know is one of them is working...lol....i take the biotin in pill form...i take 5000 mgs...most doctors recommend 2500mgs...but i was losing a ton of hair!!!!!!!!! i was never a big soda drinker...i'm an iced tea junkie...and have always used equal to sweeten it...so i didnt have to change that habit..i also love crystal lite on the goes and they come in a variety of flavors...

i can't get over u!!!!!!! i keep looking at ur b4 and after's....look at u!!!!!! absolutely gorgeous!!!!!! don't worry about ur hair...i know its devestating...i went throught it to...i took biotin AND pre-natal pills...take both....u may have to wear slicked back ponytails for a little while to hide it...but it does grow back...i promise!!!!

i'm kind of feeling like i'm getting obessed with getting smaller and smaller and smaller...i keep changing my goal...1st it was just to b in a size 12...did that...then 165...did that...then 160...almost there...now i feel when i get to 155...i'm going to say 150...so i dont know how it feels to b 10 pounds away...bcuz everytime i get there...i change it...my friend had a bypass on 5/6...she is having a really hard time getting motivated to exercise...i wish i had a secret for motivation...but i don't:-(...i have heard that if u can exercise size for 21 days straight...it will become a habit.

15 already?????????!!!!!!!!!!! yeah u'll be at goal in no time!!!!!! i'm good..i finally started going to the gym this week...and i'm already addicted...lol...i'm going to my regular dr. on the 28th...i'll finally know how much i exactly weight...i'm hoping i made it to my 1st goal in under 10 months...

i don't mind at all...i want all my fellow bandsters to succeed and get to goal...i always plan my meals...for instance to day i had 1 chicken sausage and a 1/2 of a 1/2 piece of cheese...for lunch i made chicken...mushroom and spinach pesto...4 dinner..i will probably have an egg dish...i also eat chicken fajitas...tuna salad...egg salad..ground turkey mixed with refried beans (like the inside of a burritto)...bolied eggs...celery and pnut butter...i was always on the atkins diet...b4 my band...i would lose a lot of weight to gain it all back and then some...so i associate a lot of what i use to eat on atkins with what i eat now...except my portions arent enuff to feed 5 people..i stay away fom bread..rice..pasta..i do eat dairy..milk cheese..eggs..i love salsa anything i can eat with salsa..i'm happy with...i eat red meat on occassion...red meat tends to really fill me up...if i eat it for lunch...sometimes i cant eat dinner...so i try not to eat 2 much...i like to get all 3 meals in
