  1. I LOVE your bathing suite...where did you get it???

  2. Thank you so much for that sweet comment, b/c I actually feel very flabby & not tonned at all. It is good to hear maybe someone else thinks differently. Comments like those keep me going! :) Congrats on your success!!

  3. Thank you for that sweet comment. It is a lot of hard work and little comments like yours keep me going. :) Good luck & Congrats on your progress.

  4. Oh, no I am not sickat all. I feel better than I ever have. I am SO much energy. I do on ocassion get ill to my tummy if I eat to quickly, but it is something you learn to control.

  5. Oh luvs, thanks for your sweet comment. Congrats on your new adventure!! Being banded 9/22, you are FOR SURE in bandster hell! Meaning, you are still faced with SO much hunger, b/c your band is empty. Once you get a fill, you will feel 100x better- guaranteed! Good luck with your journey & please email me if you ever have any questions. :)

  6. Hey there, thanks for the picture comment. To answer your question, the real way I am able to do it is to just give the band a chance to take it's course. I don't really have an excersize routine at all (i know, shame shame)- to be honest I just don;t enjoy excersizing in the least bit. I do watch what I eat and make good choices, but of course I am human and slip up every once and a while. You will do great, good luck!!

  7. You look GREAT! Keep up the tremendous work & you will be at goal in no time! Thanks for you nice encouragement note, they always help the process along!

  8. Girl you are doing great, it won't be long before you are at goal! Post some new pics so we can see your progress!

  9. Hey there, you will absolutly love Dr. Morton- he is amazingly kind and very knowledgeable. I am very happy I choose him as my surgeon and I think you will be too! I haven't had 1 single complication from surgery and I am now 4 months out. The only thing I am experiencing right now is hair loss from the weightloss trauma. I am down from 218 to 163 right now and a size 18 to a 12, so I will tell you it is deff. a great experience, but it doesn't come easy. I still have about 30 pounds to go and it is getting more difficult every day. I have begun running 3x a week, which is torture, but it is working for the last bit of pounds- good luck & please let me know if you ever have any questions! :)

  10. Well, after my first fill, honestly I didn't even feel like I had anything done. It took about 3 or 4 fills to get restriction, but everyone is different. You need to be very careful with not being able to swallow water- my Dr. always says it is best to take it slow with the fills, b/c it is hard to get the spot if you over fill & then have to take some out. You will be fine though- just call him if it doesnt get better, & don't get dehidrated. :) Good luck!! Today I weighed...& am down 46.5 pounds! YAY! I can;t wait for 50!!

  11. Congrats on your weightloss!! You have done great in a month!! Keep up the great work- you are an inspiration to many!!

  12. Go on with your bad self- 52lbs gone!! Thats great I love looking at your ticker every once and a while, B/C our surg. dates are the same & it gives me more drive! Thanks for inspiration!!

  13. Hey there... good to hear from you! Sounds like we are on the same page, I am down 36 pounds now and have had 3 fills..up to 6.8 cc's in my 10 cc band. I really can't tell anymore if I am at the sweet spot, it is such a confussing feeling! :) I happy for your success! Can't wait to see how much more you loose in the future!!

  14. I just saw your ticker...and wow!! You have lost a lot of wieght so far! Thats great, just wanted to tell you how awesome of a job you are doing!!

  15. Hey there, I am great! How are you feeling & how is your weightloss going? Have you had your first fill yet? I have mine Monday..so far I am down 24 pounds..averaging about 2 pounds a week..kind of slow, but glad it is coming off. :)

  16. Hey there Debbie, I have to ask you...how have you been so sucessful with out a fill? I am 2 1/2 weeks postop and am finding myself already hitting platues! I will be stuck at a number for at least 5-6 days at a time! Do you exercise regularly and what do you eat in any given day? Any advice would be greatly appriciated!

  17. G for it! Those sound great!

  18. Other than hitting a platu every other week or so, no struggles yet. My preop diet consisted of 2 EAS low carb protien drinks a day and one 250 calorie or less/ 15 carb or less "Smart One" frozen meal a day. A LOT of water and a some sugar free jello here and there- pretty simple. I know the first week was tough, B/C I hate sleeping on my back! I am very happy to be back on the tummy!

  19. Hey there 303! Yes, I was banded on the 27th and feel great! I am completly back to normal and even sleeping on my tummy now! I am down about 6 pounds since surgery, so am averaging about 3 pounds a week. To answer your question regarding what I did after I got my date set, I started my preop diet a week earlier than I was supposed to. I wanted to really get a good start on things. If you have any questions, feel free to ask! Good luck on you journey!

  20. Hey girl, our date is coming up soon!! How is your pre-op diet going? I am scheduled for my blood work & EKG tomorrow, last step before the 27th! Are you anxious?
