I was banded the 20th, my neck , my shoulders, its from the gas the pump into you . Just change your position and some short walks around the house seems to help, take your pain meds and rest.

Thanks for your message! It is really nice to finally have someone with something positive to say about the experience. I am a little jittery the closer I get but I believe it is the right thing. I am 108kg and going in the wrong direction!! I love food and I am worried about what I will be able to really eat. The tummy tuck sounds great and that is definately something I want to do down the line including a breast lift. I am doing the band under private health insurance and love the idea of have the plastic surgery under medicare. I will have to look into that later. Congratulations on your weight loss. Are you happy? I would love to talk more to you about this.
