I purchased the Centrum multi-vitamin liquid just until I get to the stage when I can eat Chewable vitamins with Iron from GNC ( I LOVE THOSE VITAMINS), and I picked up SF jello, water, Special K Protein waters Iced Tea flavor, chicken buillion cubes that I can flavor my water to my taste level. I also bought those ramen noodles and will probably just use the flavor packages from the noodles. I love the Powerade Zero, the blue (berry flavor), and Red (strawberry) flavor are my favorites.

I will use the New Whey Protein shots 42g of whey protein, and the IDS 26g of whey protein shots as well. I like the Fruit Punch and Blue Raspberry are the only flavors I really like. I hate all things Grape flavored.
