I would just call any apnea place, i go to apnea care and i am sure they will tell you if your ins. covers and how much..mine is covered, but i have medicare..good luck

I had my surg in june and my apnea machine has been titrated down 3 times from 18 to 12 and now it is set at 8, so if your having problems, get the machine to take home for a week and then you dont have to do another sleep study..

Linda, i am intrigued, what does a nutrutionist/therapist actually do..? also is that $15-25 per person...i am assuming. how long would the session be? my e-mail is vslawich4@aol.com..let me know more..vicki

buckets, you sound like you have too much restriction..it happened to me and i had to have some removed. dont mess around, call the doc. cause you could make the band slip and have to have further surgery..good luck vicki

i wonder if it is menopause, since i just missed my P. for the first time in my life except when i was pregnant , i skipped dec and now jan.? this does suck, I am doing southbeach, i did ad some minor carbs, cause doc said since i have type two diabetes and i was having some low blood sugar dispite cutting my meds in half...who knows, i am so confused and depressed.....

I have given up the carbs, I have lost 70 lbs from june - the end of november, but since then, i am up and down the same five lbs.....can a plateu last this long or am i eating hidden carbs, i don't know. something changed after nov. and im not sure what...

oh yeah!!! I finally got back on. Wouldn't let me on, said i had wrong password which was bull.. this has happened now 3 different times, and had to start a whole new e-mail and everything. any way, i am truley bummed, in the last 10 weeks, i have gained and lost the same 5 lbs, even though i got a fill a few weeks ago and have been eating less than ever, i still am not losing. How can this be? I am scared for the first time since i was banded that my battle with the bulge will never be over. any input or advice greatly appreciated. vicki
