I can eat normal foods now! My doctor only had me on the pre op diet for 14 days, and it wasnt liquids, it was just high protien and low fat. And after surgery I had no appetite for about a week so the liquids was no problem! The first week I lost 13 lbs, and last week I only lost 2.5!! ??? But, last week I was eating alot of mushy/ whole wheat carbs because I ate meat once and didnt chew enough, so I was scared, but I'm back to normal now and cant WAIT to get my first fill, its april 6th!! YAY

Hey! Ya, Im up and runnin like normal--- not litterally! I get to start workin out next week, im pumped, cant wait cuz that'll help shed some major lbs!!!
