Thanks for the compliments. I sure feel better! I understand what you are going through, I had a rough time not too long ago. I was doing the same thing, getting back into old habits and just not paying attention. But as soon as I got my focus back, things started to improve. I upped my exercise level and starting eating more healthful and the pounds started coming off again. Don't beat yourself up, just get back on that horse and ride it again! You can do it, I know you can! You are getting a fill soon, that should help you too! I was going to go in earlier than the 22nd (my scheduled fill), but decided I would wait because I have had several "stuck" incidents lately. Maybe it's tighter than I thought!
